Rang Nigel first thing this morning after the torrential rain last night leaked into the house and brought the upstairs landing ceiling down. He said he’d come after work around 5pm for which I was very thankful for. Nigel arrived early just after 4.30pm and made such light work of getting up on the roof to check out the box gully which turned out to be blocked, hence the leak. He cleaned it out and gave me the number for a man to plaster and paper the ceiling for us. Couldn’t have asked for a better and extremely prompt service, rather rare these days. Thank you so much Nigel, hopefully dad will sleep tonight now you’ve taken his worry away. 😁
